--Where should I put my wigs when not using?
A non-dust environment is preferred for wigs. More over, you can put your wigs on a head stand(or something alike) to keep them from reshaped.

--I recognize that it doesn't suit me, can I return it?
Due to nature of wig products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns. So we are not selling items used or unpacked after being produced.

--Why does it looks different from picture?
You need to give your wig some shake and light styling to make it look best. We style our wigs, and probably used some caring products like wig spray for photo. So, that means, after taking necessary cares, you can make your wig just like the pictures.
